Built in 1912, the Clyde is one of the few historic hotels in downtown Portland, which retains its original layout and use as a hotel. The lobby has been restored to the original design; featuring beautiful mahogany panels, swing alcove doors, inlaid tiling and an overlooking mezzanine. Guest rooms have original doors and woodwork, Victorian claw foot tubs and showers, and original tile. The Clyde offers turn of the century charm, friendly service, a great location and an excellent value.
